Overcoming tibial torsion pain, or any pain for that matter, does involve a healthy dose of mental and behavioral modification. Billy does a great job of explaining that it's not just the Postural Restoration techniques that make the difference, it's also your mindset.
He also mentions how his past experiences with Feldenkrais and Somatics helped set the stage for success with a PRI program.
Prolonged periods of pain take a mental toll, as you get angry at your body. But restoring proper movement patterns that resolve nagging aches and pains requires you to "let go" of the emotional baggage. If you can't relax, if you stay tense, resolution will be more difficult to attain.
