Bruce Lee I wonder about that Martin animation. Did they create it because he was working on other projects, or because he was still dealing with personal issues? If you notice when the animated Martin turns into the real Martin after he plops into the chair, the cast surrounds him but they're not really there on the same set. Look closely. Like what most who does both always say. You make more money on TV and in most cases, you work a set schedule (similar to a 9-5).In music, if you don't work in the business side of things, you are working long, odd hours that can change at any time. Also, if all you do is sing, you only make the money off of touring because no one makes money off of studio albums unless you are independent.

Seasons 2 and 3 are definitely the peak of the show. Without those seasons there really is no legacy for the series. Season 1 was slightly rough though still mostly entertaining. But seasons 2 and 3 is when the writing and the entire ensemble came into their own, the show became more brazen and it became pretty consistent. The first half of season 4 is solid and contains some of the show's best installments. But it did start to lose its freshness and was more hit and miss. Most of season 4's second half and the entirety of season 5 was a mess. Very few truly quality episodes, and the spark was just gone.

A good question is "Why Do We Still Care?" I'll tell you why. When a show for US is this good, we will support it, FOREVER! Can you hear me Good Times, The Jeffersons, Sanford and Sons, What's Happening, Living Single, A Different World, 227, Hell, even Baby I'm Back!" We care because we want our shows to last as long as possible. We care because we REALLY DO CARE about the actors and characters they create... We care because deep inside we know how hard it is for shows for US to make it on TV in the first place; we care because we appreciate the time, effort and skill it takes to be SPECIAL... That entire cast was special; one of a kind special; literally lightning in a bottle; THAT'S WHY WE CARE. A reboot would be awesome; even with respect to Tommy not being there (Rest his soul; what a nice guy; met him right before he passed at an event he gave at a college in Arlington, Tx). I dont care about the messy end, though it was sad... the truth will probably never come out; even if it did... at this point, SO WHAT... all parties have appeared to grow, forgive, mature, and move on. If they find themselves in a position to work together again as a unit, I'm ALL IN... Thanks to the ENTIRE CAST for making Television HISTORY... Thats why we care... Be safe, everyone, and stay healthy.

The Martin show was the best TV series on the planet! Everyone knows that, nothing ever came close. Not even in 2021!✌

I love Tanisha Arnold, she has always appeared in public to be a very grounded person. I would love to see a Martin movie. Martin gets a nationally syndicated radio talk-show and they have to drive to California and its like National Lampoon Vacation adventure. It would be crazy fun!

Uncensored doesn’t always mean full of curses genius

Bigismdaboss uncensored means they get to say what they want not curse if they want basically say what’s on their mind it doesn’t necessarily mean “cursing”.

“Because she had to” She said it all without choosing a side. I’m sure their meeting up again had EVERYTHING to do with accountability and forgiveness and of course enough time passing. When someone tells you they were wrong with all sincerity, it makes all the difference and I believe he woke up and grew up. I think he apologized to her and owned his shit

That last episode of Martin. That last scene of Jenna leaving out of the apartment as Pam was coming out of the bedroom. Pay close attention to her facial expressions. It spoke multitudes. She had that fake smirk on her face. It was all in the air, that something wasn't right. Martins face also looked the same.

Brilliant summation: straight-forward but also thoughtful regarding the show, the conflict, everyone involved. Off-topic: I hope that Tisha and Tichina are 2 of the Muses in the live-action Hercules movie!! Hollywood, you better WERK!!

Tichina speaks eloquently of a charged situation. She still has to work in the industry. Being treated like sh*% is inexcusable on any set, but she and her colleagues definitely put in the work to make us laugh, though there were some painful things going on backstage.

Miss Arnold looks amazing. She's always been beautiful but she looks better now than ever . She is like a fine wine that gets better over time. She's so sophisticated but in a fun way and she's also a fabulous singer if you didn't know

Class Act right here! Thank you girl for not only making Pamela James come to life and giving us Martin fans something great to watch along with the rest of the cast. But also explaining this situation, that for years has had so many rumors that has made both parties look bad.

When she filed lawsuit against Martin it hurt her career also. She said the people on the wife and kids set did not want her to get the part because they were afraid she would cause problems.
@adfmo21955 жыл бұрын
Really? I’d always heard that he stuck his tongue down her throat during a kissing scene and she filed a harassment lawsuit or something like that... but in love with her?! That’s new to me, but would make sense. They had an electrifying chemistry on set.
