The best part of this episode for me was the slow motion replay of Anne slapping the table just seeing the look on her own face. You can clearly tell that it absolutely wasn't intentional simply by the "oh ****" look she gets immediately XD

After looking at this game for well over a year and thinking it was a bit too much of a strategic based game for my wife who isn't into those types of games we watched this video this morning and she saw that it wasn't too bad. We played it with her parents and all 4 of us really liked it. Can't wait to play more. Subscribed to this station to watch more games before actually purchasing them, especially with the prices of some of them.

Bought this game after seeing this and it's become my family's newest favorite. The best game I ever had was a very calculated game where I purposely sacrificed one of my routes (losing 8 points, I think) in order to connect both of my lines to have a singular 45 car line to win the longest train score, which won me the two extra points I needed to win that the route wouldn't have gotten me. (Nor would I have gotten the longest train score without the sacrifice move) It was the most suspensful game ever haha.

22:30 - nobody took Nashville to Atlanta until the very end of the game? I'm amazed. That's a chokepoint that anybody can claim on any turn with any card. If anybody needs that they usually claim it early. I'm surprised nobody wanted it. I think Amy plays and thinks about this game the same way I do. Her approach can complete a lot of tickets once you get efficient with how you use your turns and the way you manage your hand. Completing lots of tickets is the key to victory I think, not the "longest route" bonus. However, almost all my games have been with only 3 players and we don't have a habit of blocking each other. As it gets more crowded, maybe the best strategy starts to change.

Coming back to rewatch the episode after a year, having watched entirety of Eureka in the last month. I only knew Colin from Primeval: New World. Despite showing up for just one episode there, I liked his character a lot. Now after watching Eureka, I can clearly see the behavior of Jack Carter :D It's interesting that both Neil Grayson and Colin Ferguson won their respective game. Hm... the residents of Eureka seems to have a lot of luck in these :D

You should. It's one of the best i tried. It's very easy to learn so you can play with anyone, yet it's strategical and really really fun. It has something of a classic boardgame fashion, reminds me of Risk! somehow.
