I use to get bumps like that under my skin. The only thing that helped me was aloe Vera. I blend up some fresh aloe Vera gel and put it all over my face at night for 20 minutes. I do it for a week every month. Some nights I even leave it on while I sleep. Its gotten rid of the bumps and kept me from getting more. I really recommend!

Hi Rihannon! I always struggled with my skin, especially after having my two children. But I went onto a contraceptive pill called Logynon (tried Yasmin & Microgynon in the past and they played havoc with my skin and mental health so came off them!). Logynon has CLEARED my face up completely, and I no longer suffer with depression nearly half as much. Have you considered trying different contraceptive pills? Your skin is beautiful regardless, you are gorgeous! But if you are concerned about your skin at all I can definitely recommend experimenting with dif contraceptives xxx

Rhiannon I highly recommend Tamanu oil for the lumps under your skin. I was dealing with similar cystic lumps under the skin on my chin and they drove me crazy. They hurt and just never seemed go away. Tamanu oil is completely natural (made form the tamanu nut) and is amazing for and skin related issue. It helped clear away my bumps and helps immensely with scarring. Also, super affordable! I got mine off amazon. Make sure you get the organic high quality and I really think it could help you out!

Hey! It sounds like the lumps under the skin could be pockets of oil that take really long to re-absorb into the body. You could have them lanced by a dermatologist and they will be less likely to reoccur in the same spots. Some of us are just more prone to them, me included! I know this isn't a new video and you might not see this comment but I hope if you do see it, it's of some help. Have a good one.

Just barely! It's also typical to have a steroid shot in them and it makes them go right away. I've had 4 or so of these shots before and the lumps go straight away and they haven't come back. I just went to the dermatologist and it was a 5 minute procedure (not invasive at all). I'm in the U.S. if that's of any help, I'm sure they use the same technique there. xo Love your videos!

You can add anything you want really. Salt is to one's taste. I always add it since the lime juice can be a bit over powering without it, and I add some garlic.. either powder or minced. Guacamole doesn't really require tomatoes...the authentic one doesn't use it but it's a very common ingredient people add. Chipotle makes one of the simplest and, IMO, best guacs with just red onions, jalapenos and avocados...it doesn't say anything about salt or lime on their ingredients list but it taste good nonetheless.
