Someone has to give it to you first. Is your terror group known to tell its members to not use phones anymore and will hand out pagers to everyone. Then intelligence finds out through their internal contacts of a need to purchase a pager for every member to communicate with. They intercept the shipment and install explosives. Which then were handed out to every member. I’d say just don’t ever accept a device you didn’t pay for and don’t be a terrorist they’ll be nothing to worry about.
