I have a story about this song The first time I found out about this song I was 14, so in 2014. I wasn't at my happiest. But I never really am at my happiest. When I listened to this song, at first I didn't pay attention to the lyrics. But then I saw a lyric video and I saw the lyrics. And I knew that I would be onsessed with this song, not because of the beat or tune or that it's by Jack and Jack, who happen to be my favorite duo. The reason I'm obsessed with this song is because of the lyrics. This song helped me through me not being happy. In 2015, I finally got to see them. I happen to live in Omaha so I went to the Omaha show. I wasn't in the best place when I saw them and when it was before them performing this song they had a speech before it. The part that stood out to me was when they told us to raise our hands up of we have ever felt alone. I raised my hands up. They told us to look around and see that almost everyone had their hands up.

I knew that I'm not the only one who is struggling with myself. After their speech they performed this song and I was crying. But it was different. I usually cry when I feel broken but this time, I was happy. This was the first time out of all the times I have cried that I was crying out of happiness. I walked out of their concert. So do NOT tell me that they don't save lives because they saved mine.

Ahhhh drives me crazy when Johnson yells over gilinsky singing the chorus, like when g. Harmonizes over johnsons rapping that sounds good, but Johnson fucking annoys the shit out of me whenever they play live, because he repeats like every words gilinsky says and it's like, oh my god just let him sing his part, you do yours. In this one particularly though, Johnson is so loud, while gilinsky is singing rather quietly so in this one I really notice how annoying it is. Love johnson but I hate their live performances when that happens

I know im two months late but im pretty sure Gilinsky was sick and g did look a bit nervous performing so Johnson may have did that to cover him just incase his voice cracked or something. Johnson also repeatedly looked at g the entire time and i think it was to check on him lol
