Yes, been using it for a while for free to evaluate the software and decide wether or not to subscribe to the service, and I have noticed the unreliable audio and visual notifications, sometimes they are delayed sometime they does not works at all.

Tidio is hands down one of the market leaders, but if you're a larger ecommerce, consider more sophisticated solutions.
