I looked n right beside was a vinere that has adjustable ice thickness bit no way for the bottled water nor feet for adjusting..but it is 100 cheaper..thick ice is great for coolers ..n the video on the vinere said the blue light is for keeping the ice fresh so maybe on yours too..very good presentation..thanks for sharing

That's a great ice maker! The blue light is UV light to kill bacteria, viruses & fungus so your ice doesn't become contaminated. Super cool!

Did you have to buy that green cover for the water jug separately? I'm trying to figure out how to connect my water jug without water going everywhere
@BelladonnaDyesCo Жыл бұрын
The cap? It came on the jug and stays on the jug. The first time it’s sealed and punctures when you add the bottle to the machine. Have a towel there just in case. After that bottle empties I refill it halfway and put it on the machine really fast. Water spills but the towel is there. You’ll see once you have it how it works. ❤️🌈

Did you run a cleaning cycle first when you started the machine? I see on the front it has that option

Just ordered one! I’m hoping to use it for coolers and drinks. How would you compare the clarity/size/quality of the ice to your Frigidaire/in general? I know you don’t consume it, but from the looks of it?
@BelladonnaDyesCo Жыл бұрын
It’s like comparing apples to oranges. The Frigidaire is small, small nugget ice and designed to sit on a counter. The commercial machine is considerably larger and has high output. If you’re wanting to use it for coolers you made the right choice. It is very drinkable ice too. I run mine on -3 or -4. Play around with your setting and find what works for you. Have fun with your new toy! 😁❤️🌈

Hi! we were looking into this machine for our bar, is the ice produced solid or kind of hollow?
@BelladonnaDyesCo Жыл бұрын
It’s a smaller machine, but really good for my use which is tie dyeing. It has multiple settings so you can choose your desired thickness. I have a follow up video I will link for you. You can fast forward around. This particular machine is unavailable but in the updated video I have a link for a newer model in the description box. Everyone that has gotten it LOVES their machine. Like I said we use it for tie dyeing. Check it out. kzbin.info/www/bejne/f4PIi2Nsiqtma6s My friend Greg also demonstrates his machine using a different thickness setting: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pH6ooouoq72oesU Hope this helps. ❤️🌈

All stainless steel sheet metal comes from the supplier with the film on it prior to fabrication. It is meant to protect the surface. Most manufacturers leave it on to protect it till the consumer gets it. It can be annoying, but your machine will be less likely to get damaged.

Any idea what to do if the ice doesn’t get pushed out and the chunk gets bigger
@BelladonnaDyesCo Жыл бұрын
Uh oh! I would turn it off, unplug it & wait for the ice to melt and then try a clean cycle. If it keeps doing it call the company. I haven’t had that happen. Also, lower your ice thickness down to time -3 or -4 for thinner sheets of ice. Good luck! ❤️🌈

Nice asset! I’m sure you’ll put that to plenty of good use 👍 I’m such an old soul..I’ve only been at this for a couple of years and I’m already trapped in my old school habits lol. I use the standard wedge ice from my fridg and have a heavy duty food processor that crushes ice well, so I use the crushed ice to fill any gaps and give a flat surface for any DOI. But I have to space out my projects to match the speed of my fridg ice maker..I can see the need of this to run more projects, so I guess you can ramp up production now, wtg 👍

They make something called an ice pick. It helps break up ice. No needs for bags and throwing it on the floor

The bullet ice machine is really slow… I rarely use it. I did pull it out and made some ice because I was bored. It still requires a freezer to store it. If you were to get a machine I recommend the nugget ice link… it’s self contained and runs on a loop. 😁❤️🌈
