The more drill videos I watch, the more I'm convinced I should get an optics cut on my slide and mount up. Especially at distance, it looks like a huge advantage. Of course, practice with the kit you have, but keep going forward.

Yeah unfortunately drills like these require a lot of freedom on the range or chunk of land you shoot on, which not a lot of people have access to.

Ironic you mention the Dicken Drill... about 5-6 months after this video was launched the details came out that said his first 2 shots were at 42 yards. He moved up to 25ish yards and fired 4 shots. Moved up to 25 feet and fired 4 more rounds.

This drill is awesome for getting the heart rate up and shooting. Which is the more realistic way to shoot and train. Try this in kit for a humbling experience….

@Tier1Concealed2 жыл бұрын
the target was positioned uphill from our shooting positions so we stapled the cardboard pretty low so we wouldn't have to aim higher than necessary.

With sub 35s being expert, What would you guys consider an advanced time and a average ccw time?

its hard to say, we didn't get a chance to run this one enough. For an average shooter, just shooting it clean is impressive.

I just had my first dot fail but it wasn't the dot it was the screws and they sheared off of a holosun 509t with the holosun plate and glock mos screws so i had to send it back to glock and they are fixing it for free and i already ordered the c&h plate and screws and i bet that don't happen again hopefully with the good plate and screws but i have dots on all my other pistols and have never had a problem!
