Wow, absolutely astounding work, my friend! It's amazing that you've returned! I have to say, I think you have officially mastered cinematic effects. The lighting, the characters' movements, the sounds and the ways they were blended, the way the story was told without the need for any kind of text or speech, and heck, even effects as simple as muzzle flashes and other various particle effects caught my attention. Truly great work! I especially loved that part with the Shock Troopers' shadows being cast on the wall lit with green, that was brilliant, and the Gonome scene was actually pretty terrifying, which I can't say for most of the other SFM/GMod films I've seen. I truly hope to see more in the future, keep up with the fantastic work! I can't imagine how much time and effort this would have taken to finish and put together!

Thank you sir! Sorry for the late response, I haven't been on much as I'm working on a new installment, but I always read the comments and thank you for the consistent motivation! Hope all is going great and much love Gene, also Turtles, I wouldn't say that. Some Race X species are smarter and more organized than Xen species. Together, Shock Troops and Voltigore are a true biological armored corps of troops. Their only downfall is facing off against a real badass like Shephard. ;)

What you say about Race X is true, they almost completely wiped out the HECU (minus Shephard, the beloved hero) and even the Black-Ops! Let's not forget the slightly underrated Pit Worm which eliminated a whole squad of HECU in seconds with its deadly laser beam.

Nope, Xen got their asses kicked by The Combine way before entering Earth, and even after doing so, they got finished off by our even more beloved silent, crowbar-wielding superhero, Gordon Freeman. Really in that battle, Gordon Freeman or perhaps the G-Man won, if you take into account that G-Man has basically been manipulating Freeman and Shephard the entire time. Because, here's what happened: The leader of the Xen military forces (which were all slaves) and gatekeeper of the portals which lead from Xen to Earth, the Nihilanth was destroyed by Gordon Freeman, and ultimately closing all portals from Xen to Earth. Race X's primary bio-weapon.... me, which was meant to be used to transform Earth into a new homeworld for presumably the Shock Troopers using my terraforming power, was ultimately defeated by Adrian Shephard, putting a halt to their plan. The HECU were already held down by Freeman and the aliens, but probably really bit the dust once Black Operations destroyed the whole facility, them and the aliens and whatever else with it. The Black-Ops almost successfully destroyed the facility on their own, however they were being killed by HECU (along with killing the HECU) as well as aliens. However, Shephard took them out and deactivated their thermonuclear bomb. However, the pesky Government Man who may or may not be with the Black-Ops, which is a government force reactivated the bomb. So in a way, they could have won that battle too. Then The Combine come up, annihilate the world's military and then proceed to mass-produce soldiers and synths as well as enslaving what is assumed to be the entirety of the world's population, minus the rebel group The Resistance. However, of course, Freeman destroys their main place of operations (The Citadel), killing their figurehead leader Breen, and forcing the head Advisors to flee. So they aren't quite killed off yet, from what I remember, but they don't have much left. And then there's the Antlions which are presumable from the planets the Vortigaunts originally came from and have come through via the Resonance Cascade as well, but they don't really play much of a role in the story.
