In one of the JKNews episodes, wherein all three were present, Casey and Tiff said that they asked David to officiate, but David thought they were not being serious, or something got lost in translation, somewhere along those lines. So, during the wedding, the couple reminded David, but he had nothing, so he panicked, but he managed to pull through :)
