My way one cup curd half spoon sugar required salt half cup hotwater mix with fork. Maavu pisaya I will use chappathi urutara kattai aditchu aditchu aditchu aditchu. Six hours setting time. Aparam unga way cook seiven . izuthu pesanjalum adi adi nu aditcha oru happiness. But u r doing effortlessly. Need to try . thanks madam

Chitra whenever u do for nikel choice, I use to think of my son who is in New York and I too call him kannappa. Today ur barotta, no chance. Ultimate. U r very casual in doing, talking, clearing doubts, giving tips. Neatly presenting. Keeping the kitchen/house very clean. Admirable lady. Very natural. I tried many items got it also. The Setup was enticing followed by the hurdles of making the dough with talented technique. Then the sudden twist in the screenplay with the revelation of interwoven balls and the deft palm flattening followed by a 'tear and roll' technique that had to be seen to be believed! Then, the point of no return arrived with further flattening and the raising of stakes with more oil and heat! As the final complications eased then came the surprising reveal of the whole plot with 'The Final Push Act ' that troubled my emotions and was quite overwhelming. Finally, the comeback was complete with the neatly finished golden paratas paired up with the equally well scripted Korma. This production is a guaranteed and definite Oscar nomination!
