In this video, you'll join me in a Tiger Muay Thai Intermediate class here on Fitness Street (Soi Taied) Phuket.
This fitness class is the final class for the day!
This raw vlog will show you how the Intermediate class is conducted. You'll see that we start with a warm-up of jogging around in circles, followed by shadow boxing.
You'll also get to see the four combinations that we will learn in this class, and then practice them with our training buddy.
Keep in mind to bring shin guards every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (note to self!! haha). If you don't have them, you can just hire them from the front desk.
After the class, you'll join Robyn and I as we take you for a walk down Fitness street to a restaurant with incredibly tasting Thai food; known as "Thai Thai".
We will show you and briefly explain the Thai food we ordered at Thai Thai, to help you plan your own Fitness street adventure :-)
Afterwards, we visit Nommy frozen yogurt on Fitness street. We decided that after having done two fitness classes each, we needed to treat ourselves!
By the way, I am definitely not a frozen yogurt guy but you definitely need to try it if you come to Fitness street. Watch the video until the end to see their menu selection :-)
