Appreciate you putting these videos up. I train Muay Thai at a gym here in the US and was talking to someone at the gym today who trained there for a couple months and he had great things to say about the place. As someone who certainly isn't a beginner but doesn't have any fight experience yet I was curious to see the intermediate classes and watched this and your older video. Very helpful to see the atmosphere of a place too

Love your videos as always! Wanted to ask how much sparring is done in the classes if at all, and how hard is the sparring (20%, 50%, etc.)

We did sparring on Friday (morning and afternoon), 5 rounds, and switching partners. I'd like to say it's less than 50% but some guys like to 'test' their strength (ego etc)
