Tiger Muskie Tips & Tactics on Newman Lake - Extended Cut

Washington State has a handful of lakes stocked with the epic sport fish, the tiger muskie. Watch as Rob Holman joins guides Craig Dowdy and Scott Imholt of YJ Guide Service, as well as special guests former big leaguer Jeremy Affeldt and Inland Northwest Wildlife Council past president David Cloe (along with his brother Dan). This legendary crew hits the water to hook into some of these ferocious fish!

No Pike in this lake, just Tigers.

We own cabins at this lake and only tiger muskie are stocked because if pikes were here, they’d be able to breed thus meaning they would dominate the lake

Plenty of pike in the area just not in Newman Lake. There are some huge pike in the Spokane River, in WA and in ID as well.

@Hunter fishman I think it is legal. I've never heard that it isnt... also, I've never got a pike that far down river. Seen them under Monroe St. Bridge and right below Post Falls dam. Big ones in both places. Bring a net! Speaking of trout, try right below 7 mile dam for Browns. 👍
