That's wicked! Been on a few shark dives around the world and that tiger was definitely not just having a casual look! From my experience tigers are the edgiest sharks I've dived with, always trying to approach you from behind, such well tuned predators. Nice work getting out safely, looks like a real rush!

Sharks are so unpredictable. This one probably hadn't eaten a decent meal in a while and was probably desperate. Which explains its aggression. In other videos of tigers, I've seen them so timid and more curious. Probably because they weren't hungry.

how to survive a shark "encounter" as some may want to call this: - Never look away from the shark, these creatures are sneaky bastards. - Don't shoot the shark, a spear to the head will do nothing but exite him even more that could be your last move. - Grab your budie(s) and swim backward to the boat shoulder to shouler this will create a biger picture for the shark so you will be less of a pray. - Always keep your speargun pointed at the shark in case of a sudden attack to put it between you and the shark. SpearGun can be slow to move in water. - Swim slowly and in a ordened manner otherwise the shark will think your are a weak/hurt prey.
