The 2005 incarnation was great and certainly much better than the following few. Was it 2006 that had you going back in a time machine to play golf with Henry VIII? Rubbish! Some may argue 2004 was the deper game but 2005 is a game I still play today.

I too love that game as well as 2004. Me and my brother played each other on a lot of different golf games but TW was really awesome. I had just played around with HSG Fore on my PS2, done everything and needed something else to play so I ordered this game ($4) and have been playing it since the 4th.

2004 is good cause you know it leads into 2005, but 2005 is the best golf game ever made.

I played 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. I thought 2005 and 2006 were horrendous. They took every good feature from 2004 and just removed them. I know a lot of people who feel the same. It's a shame I won't play a PGA Tour game again due to EA's fuckup.
