Bo1 is in a 60s-early 70s settings yet some guns are 5-15+ years ahead from this timelime Bo6 is kinda in the same boat but their guns are close to 5 years ahead of the setting But overall those games are enjoyable graphics aside and nostalgia

@@facundopereira9217CETME never actually made a MP5 clone or mockup. The “C9” is a hybrid of the HK94 SMG (which is basically a civilian MP5) with some parts such as stocks and handguards based on the CETME Model L.

H&K Copyright and protection over the MP5 happened, that’s why CW is the last cod to call it the MP5 and the last cod to give it the proper iron sights. US studios are now not supposed to directly replicate the MP5 in video games, if they want to have a gun like it then they have to deliberately alter parts of it so that it cannot be called a 1:1 MP5 hence the screwed up iron sights. Interestingly enough the bottom comments are correct that this version seems to be a fictional “What if” CETME made MP5 which is suggested by its C9 name and it borrowing many elements from the CETME Model L (most notably the Fire selector switch, handguard and the stock connection point)

Fun fact i realized, just a day ago, that the Enfield in bo1 is the same gun as the gpr1 in bo6. Didnt register it was a similar gun due to its look in bo1 being different from it usual look

Nah, they're not the same gun. BO1 has the Enfield XL-60, while BO6 has the Enfield L85.

Btw older games like bo1 didnt even use real gun sounds and reloads they just either use foley or stock sounds🤣 WAW is the outlier with some real sounds But bo6 has a accurate feeling and uses some real sounds but have used stock/foley sounds on some since the guns in that game are forgotten and died out
