...Thank you so much for the explanations. I’m a recent graduate of Massage Therapy and now I can better educate my clients on planter fasciitis, not popping their neck when I feel restriction/bottom neck pain. 10/10 best chiropractic profile I’ve seen so far. Keep up the fantastic work!

I LOVED going to the chiropractor! It helped my migraines and fatigue so much, but my doc pushed in the wrong spot or something went wrong because I screamed bloody murder! Doc called it a “rib hit” whatever that means. The nerves that go from the spine, around the back, across the arm pit and then branches out across the entire breast is what was injured. That was over a year ago and I am still taking prescription nerve pain med (Lyrica). I don’t like having to take it because of the way it makes me feel, but when I start hurting I have no choice! I am too scared to go back to any chiropractor again, and I hate that because it really did help me a lot!

What does the scraping do. Does the bruising mean something
@oenamo1855
@oenamo1855 4 жыл бұрын
It is to stimulate bloodflow, release toxins, break down muscle adhesions and scar tissue and to massage trigger points with the goal of decreasing inflammation en increasing range of motion. And lowering (chronic) pain.

Those technically are not bruises and so they will not have the typical pain associated with bruising! Bruises are caused with some type of trauma or impact, injury, and so it causes swelling, inflammation and pain, etc. These are called petechiae. It will also happen with other causes as well as micro trauma to capillaries but tend to clear up much faster. Treatments such as by doing cupping, gua sha (instrument assissted soft tissue mobilization), will make these appear but they clear up usually in a few days, sometimes up to a week...
