F1 screw controls resistance, F2 controls centering. Tighten F1 to increase resistance, Tighten F2 to remove centering, respectively.

F1 controls the spring resistance, and F2 controls the center adjustment.

@@illuminatedrones I’ve been playing with the DJI virtual fly app & in Manual mode the pitch feels opposite to what I want. I’m use to up being up & down being down but the pitch is up = down & down = up.. if this was a game I’d go into the setting & reverse them lol. Sadly I can’t find anywhere in the settings to do this so I’ll have to retrain my brain

Yeah, that is normal drone flying. Think of pitch up as being pitch forward, because it effects the forward movement of flight. Pitch down is pitch back.

If you want the spring back to normal function I assume it's just turned counterclockwise and can it be turned too far or will you start to feel resistance when you get tords point it needs to stop just like when you got when tightening spring down? My DJI FPV was this way when I got it and I'm new to it so want it back to stock till I learn to fly

Thx for tutorial. My deadzone is off on the right stick. Do you know how to calibrate deadzone center of sticks? So when I let go of stick it will actually stay center and not flight gently to one direction. Any help is appreciated thx

It’s the same process, just the opposite side and opposite direction.

Hay bro so if you take off in normal mode with the stick at half throttle wile your in the air and you switch to manual mode where should the stick be when you switch still in the middle?

It actually will force you to move the stick into a certain position before it switches to Manual. Try it out and you’ll see the diagram.

Erm sorry to say but is it always that hard to push after doing this if i loosen it - it will recenter to quickly and for the sake i bought a second one and it also makes it very hard to push/pull the throttle after the manual setup my other controllers didn’t worked that hard against my thumb also mode 4 would be great to try but dji topically nop

You will need to find a happy medium. I settled with about three full turns less than tight. Up to you how tight you want it.

Yes, springing side to side is how normal transmitters are setup so you are good to go!

Some people are. Try a remote controller calibration. Mine went away after the first flight but others have had to do a calibration.

@@illuminatedrones I've done this a few times and it always comes back. The other day I was landing and the drone fell from the sky. I've flown drones for over 5 years and never had so many issues. I took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it. Hopefully my next one won't have so many issues.

This is the first thing I did and when I tried the simulator app my throttle stick was not responding so I couldn't fly. Does your throttle stick make noise spring noise? Mine made this noise before I did anything and the right stick doesn't make this noise. I'm just trying to figure out if my controller is broken or if I can fix it if it's something I have done. I haven't done updates or tried to fly my drone yet. However it's kinda sketchy that the app couldn't pick the throttle at all but it picked pause/start button.

If you have it too tight it might make a scraping noise but mine doesn’t unless I let it go when it is pulled back without tightening it down.

@@illuminatedrones So I didn't change my adjustments because I didn't think it was to tight. I can confirm you have to activate and firmware update before using simulator.

No, you can still fly those modes, you just have to be careful how you use the throttle then.

@@alejandroiskander1491 I believe they only let you control the vertical spring tension. Your average FPV controller has a spring for yaw and roll as well.

@@illuminatedrones I feel the tension of the sticks are very soft, it's a little annoying. It's desirable a higher tension in yaw, so when throttling up and down is not accidentally putting input on yaw. The same with roll and pitch.
