What does it profit a man to gain the whole world but loose his soul. Put God first in you life brother and that he is in everything you do. At the end of our lives we can’t take anything with us! There is nothing wrong with providing for our families and or being wealthy just remember that God blessed you with all those abilities and he deserves your praise and gratitude! Stick to 4 for a crew... at one point I was running 3 crews of 5 each but after everything etc.. I was spending too much on labor and some were not doing their job. I run a commercial solar panel cleaning company here in Central California. It's been going very well right after covid started.. I agree with you, California is expensive to run a business. But at the end of the day you are working, you are creating an economy and most important we create jobs. Every dollar invested pays for other people's salaries and keeps their business going.

I now am a general contractor doing projects for state and local Govt. Building convenient stores and multi million dollar buildings. Lol that’s crazy you had so many people working one job. I use to do landscaping and it was literally just me and my foreman doing multiple 1million dollar jobs. We did one in Idaho with a waterfall going underneath a catwalk of the owners house and all of this was just with 2 people. If you have 2 people dialed in with machines and stuff I honestly think that is ideal. Anytime we had another person was only when we did pavers or something where you just need extra hands.
@shoazdon70007 ай бұрын
Man did you ever get some pictures of the 1 million waterfall job? That would have made for a very cool video
@xaphan85817 ай бұрын
@@shoazdon7000 go to google images and look up Alderwood landscaping. I don’t work there anymore but when I left we had two crews. Me and my foreman did all the waterfalls, pavers and rock walls. Then another crew came in and did all the planting and sprinkler stuff but there’s a bunch of pictures if you search that. But I’m just saying like if you have two well trained guys they can do a lot more then a group of like 14 people cause at that point you don’t know who’s working hard who’s not, maybe ones around the corner fucking off and you don’t notice it because there’s so many people. Two guys is like ideal I think
