I appreciate all the advice! I love how much you love what you do bro! I’m the same freaking way. I LOVE landscaping man. My first job was a $1100 job and I just guessed the price that was 3 months ago. Now I’m doing $3k - $4k jobs. Your on point when you talk about your confidence growing. Cause my first job I was scared shitless now I can confidently plan. I’ve just gotta figure out how to find some help. I do all my jobs my self and it’s takes forever. I really wanna get a small back-ho but I’m terrified of debt. I’ve been lucky enough to not have to market my business. All my jobs have been by word of mouth and people just liking me. Now work is slowing down and gotta figure it out. You should offer phone conferences man. Thanks for all the vids bro. I’m grateful.

The mall thing is a awesome idea. I always recommend going to door to door. Because you can easily exspain and give the customer a visualization of a awesome curb appeal. Goat gang is worth it. He will teach you how to be nothing but success.

Advertise on next door, free, and people will trust you more they know where you're at ya know. And when you get done ask the customer to go to your ad and write a review that pushes the ad back to the top. Then ask the next customer to write a review...great way to get in there. Now every one knows me all my customers are warmed up and trust me before they meet me

Hey Tigran! Very important topic many people dont consider: the law. May you make a video or series of videos on the legalities of starting/running a business, specifically landscaping if it at all matters? i.e. i doubt the IRS is going to care if little jimmy is mowing lawns and going door to door but what about the guy that has a company name and a website with business cards etc, doing large landscaping jobs or the such? Is his "company" name legal? does he need to register everything as a sole proprietorship? how do taxes work? how does the bank account work? how do you write up a contract, what should it all include, and what makes it legal? do you catch my drift? theres this hidden deterrent called the government that i didnt really consider until i found a paver job and the guy asked if i had insurance and it all hit me... is anything im doing even legal? thank you so much Tigran for everything youve done for landscapers, especially starters like me! :)

Put your boy Jamal in touch with me because I am just the person he needs to click up with . Because when I started knocking on doors to get work I got 40 new accounts in less than a month . And by the end of the first month I had 53 routine maintenance accounts. I can put him onto about 80 Maintenance accounts because I had to walk away from them due to a shady mechanic who basically stole my ride and I have enough equipment for two maintenance routes a Install crew and hardscape crew.. so I didn’t know you were from Phoenix because when I saw your videos you were in California. I don’t have an Instagram but I will say here that when I first saw your videos I thought you were some foreigner because you speak in a unique way but your vocabulary was that of a Phoenician. then I watched the second video and saw the applewood logo on your trailer and I said to myself that looks familiar . Trust me if I had the money I would of goated up after watching your first video no doubt but kinda in limbo because of circumstances and really not in a hurry to go back looking for work at another companies because I have a few things to get me by until I can make the next move. Since then I turned my KZbin account that was used primarily for music yes that’s it and I started making videos for other landscape service providers that started popping up on my related videos after I subscribed to dirt monkeys channel Stan Genedyk. I know you have to know who he is .. and I make short videos with little tips and things and occasionally will service a property or two of my neighbors because I’m stuck here in my neighborhood until I can get out . I was thinking of starting a go fund me to get a vehicle,to see if anybody would listen to my story and want to help see me back in the saddle . I’m from p az I2 th st and Northern well 12 and desert park Ln to be exact. Love your videos have not seen them all and forgive me if I didn’t click like on all of the ones I watched . I think I just like watching videos of anybody doing landscaping because it helps me sleep at night.. no joke..and oh I did comment on one of your videos the one where that combo jobsite connex you asked what it was. Yes but that’s my story .. so did I win the jacket lol I probably will never join Instagram unless it paid me for shit I did on there . I’m trying to reach 1000 subscribers so far only got 2 but only been active uploading for little over a month now and I put out 37-38 videos u should check em out and subscribe I would definitely appreciate it ., have a good evening t I’m gonna put in the comment here a video of a compilation of photos I took building a miniature landscape I think u might find quite interesting to say the least . Take care man

My question for you is,giving big estimates is challenging for me sometimes because I dont want to be turned away but at the same time i want to make good money.
