Wow bro great job from your team and leadership. 400k is really high to be honest. With that budget I would of build a pool and patio and bought myself a brand new corvette lol

I live in the Bay Area and get the sky-high prices. There is a lot of work here. They should have hired a landscape architect to design this. The backyard is too much stone. $400k is a ton of money and the backyard lacks a design vision

This video is a good reminder that money can't buy taste. I'm glad T made his money & the HO is happy but what a waste of $400k

I’m new here. Came to see Landscaping. Not sure what the weird dime store life advice was about. Not for me, but hey, it’s all good. I’ll get over it.

I am not a fan of mixing the travertine and the pavers. Otherwise looks mint.

It funny because long time residents of the bay that don’t work in tech live in these neighborhoods and paid 4-500k for these same homes back in the 90’s. And what’s crazy is new tech people will buy the home next door for 3 million and do a complete tear down and build a new modern home right next to a 1970s ranch house. It’s very bizarre. There’s a lot of money in the bay and I don’t see it drying up anytime soon.

Nursery stakes should be removed from trees when installed.
@calebotto96652 ай бұрын
I don't think so. They support it for a while
@jeremycook98522 ай бұрын
@@calebotto9665 Tree stakes yes, nursery stakes no. Industry standard is to remove them once installed in the ground to prevent damage to the root ball. They’re only function is to aid in growing a tree vertically in a container and they provide no support while the roots are getting established outside the container.
