Did you use your old exhaust manifold or did you purchase new ones

I used the JBA short tube headers I already had on the old one, just replaced the bolts and gaskets

Hell yeah this is very exciting! But is there any particular reason as to why you don't want to run full synthetic? I have a 98 with a 5.7 and all I run is full synthetic and I've never had a bit of problems with it

I just prefer conventional or a blend. Idk how true it is, but I've heard full synthetic isn't good for lines and hoses.

You will blow their motor up if you don't pull that plug out oil only runs through half the motor
