I suffer from depression. I started sleeping around at at a young age. I use to have lots of mazel and when I slept with men. I felt I lost my MAZEL. I also lost my connection with Hashem. I am not Jewish but I love their teachings. I have started saying reading the 10 Psalms in Hebrew.

It also does depend what type of people you are around. Who is your group of friends. Most people are followers and if they see your group hooking up they will think it’s okay to do it.

How is it possible not to get that urge? Not even as an addiction but just a release even without "pornography"? Marriage isnt always an answer for someone who isn't ready and marrying someone because you have an urge seems selfish. What to do?
