TIKOY QUEZON holidays kakanin / filipino delicacies / easy to make/ pangnegosyo

Hi guys!
Holidays are just around the corners. We are probably started thinking of the kakanin that we can make as gift, negosyo, or to serve to our family...
Look no further, we are going to post good food that will surely fit to any parties.
Come along and lets begin cooking
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup glutinous rice flour
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cheese ( i used cheddar)
1 Tbsp. Butter

Yes u can steam ot but if u putting a lot of cheese it will harden at d bottom

I'm from Sariaya quezon there is a missing ingredient when we make tikoy we used giniling na malagkit, egg yolks, cheese whiz, condensed, margarine ✌🏻

Hi thanks for ur comment. Eggyolks in tikoy sounds delish and prob will taste like yema. There are different ways and ingredients on making tikoy and im sharing how i made mine. Try it u will love it!

husband q taga Sariaya din.. steam gawa nila then yang mga ingredients na yan gamit.. almost 6hrs yta nila ini steam.. sarap,, mligat.. ♥

pano po pag 1 and 1/2 kilo na tikoy ilang glutinous flour po gagamitin?

1500 grams ang 1 1/2 kilo sis multiply all the ingredients to 7 1/2. Hope ds help. Salamat sa tanong.
