Another great video! Thanks again for sharing your knowledge! I'd like to ask if you ever get bubbles on your paint when you mix them. I'm getting those sometimes and I'm trying to change the way I mix to understand what causes it, and for now, I realized that doing it slowly with the other side of the brush is the best way to avoid, but they still tend to appear! If you have any tips about this, I'd live to know! Also, when you use the sakura Identi pen, doesn't putting that amount of paint cause the lines to crack? Because I got this for a LOOOOOONG time and never understood what was happening. The way I learned to do it was making the lines twice to make it darker, ad put the paint only in the rear end of the line, just to touch it, and not over it like we always see on tiktok. It's working, but I got curious if it was only with me... Oh! And by doing that, if I want to reforce the lines, i just gotta paint it with black once all the colors are laid and dry. It has helped me many times, so I'd like to throw this one out, may this help someone haha Anyway, thanks again! Sorry for the long ass text, I tend to write a lot. Hope it isn't too extensive or exhausting to read lol

So. I've used the same oil based pen you've used, the Sakura identipen, craftsmart acrylic pen, sharpie, AND random Amazon acrylic pens for outlines and with every single one of them my lines disintegrated 😭😭 I've use different brushes and even used the needle tipped bottles and my lines STILL moved and/or were destroyed. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to use a higher grade of paint? Is my paint too watery? I've used a thickening medium and it still didn't work so I think it may be the paint itself. HALP 😭😭
@DrawninjaKC
@DrawninjaKC 3 жыл бұрын
Ok listen to be carefully. Use the identipen or the oil based sharpie for lines. SO NOT Use craft art or any acrylic pens like posca to make lines. They will disintegrate. Also get a better brand of paint. Check out my video on why lines smudge and do the lean test with your paint. If the paint runs down, it’s too thin. Paint that’s too thin (craftsmart) will liquify the lines and break them down. Get some created or liquit paint for your colors. Now I just gave you all the info you need to make this happen. Go and slay it!!!
