most people there probably are americans lmao so the cost of rent isn't as high as the one in Europe ! their walls are mare from cardboard and wood.. our brick walls could never lolll so that's why we pay more for less, we have quality over quantity! americans might live in multiple room appartment but they aren't sound proof and they're cheaper because of it!

There must be places where it doesn’t fit the motto because of where you are located ! In the middle of a city, shit’s gonna be more expensive overall- but not if your dorm is an hour away driving from your university lmao The “motto” isn’t a bad thing, it allows more people to buy houses- especially for retirement etc… it’s just not comparable to Europe- shit is expensive everywhere because the materials are good quality- we value quality over quantity in Europe, because there isn’t a need to capitalize 😭

I’m 26 and only just moved out this year, due to anxiety and being so attached to my mother she’s my best friend but, I moved out with my boyfriend but something happened I won’t say what bc it’s a bit personal, so had to move back to mums. But it’s temp, we are on the look for a new house one to buy not rent. My mum got me my dream couch as a house warming gift it’s a emerald green velvet couch. My colour theme for my home is green, dusty pink, white and oat. Sort of, modern meets 70s. I can’t wait to move back out, get a rug, more cushions. I absolutely love interior design you know you’re getting older when things like duvets and ceiling lights etc matter most 😅 It’s also, going to be minimalistic but also you can see my personality with my framed movie posters and anime figurines. I also want LED lights for the shelves and ceiling because I am a gamer also 🤟🏻🎮💓 My boyfriend isn’t too bothered about what I do as long as it’s neat and mature.
