Bachpan ki yaadein taza karwane ke liye shukriya…I still remember peanut chikki toh favourite hua karti thi mumma ke liya mushkil tha hum logon ko til k laddoo khilana…so mumma hamesha laddoo me 25 paise, 50 paise, 1 rupee aise rakha karti thi…phir to jo speed se laddoo khatam hote the…thank you so much for that memory!!! ❤

Chef the most common thing between you and elderly people is the way you explain the techniques with so much of experience and experiments of your life time ..!! Love the way you explain how to make jaggery or sugar consistency perfect ..! And also want to mention that really respect your patience and a perfect diagnosis you all 3 Masterchef’s do while judging your contestants..! And also had a question that don’t you all get confused and mind boggled when you are tasting so many dishes .. really hats off to you all for patience and the calm you all maintain in the show!!Its my best reality show of all time.. great Chefs,great Contestants and Great concepts that needs lot of planning,processing,executing and presenting .. !

My mom recommends dipping your hands in a water bowl every time you make a new til ladoo. This helps speed up process without burning your hands and make ladoo faster.
