I cannot say for sure. But this tank looks similar to the tanks used here in Yucatan. About 1m tall x 10 meter dimeter. If this is close, then the area is 78m2 or 78m3. If 78m3 then a meter equals 1000 liters, so 78,000 liters of water. A fully grown .5 (1/2) kg tilapia needs 11 - 14 liters of water, so this tank would grow about 6,000 to 6,500 fully mature fish.

if you have 8 meter diameter then you have about 50m2. "if" the depth is 1m then you also have 50m3 or 50,000 liters of water. you need 12 or 13 liters per mature fish. hope that helps.
