Yep thats standard with chefs, i have a friend that is a great chef and when he comes home he just throw in a pan pizza or something to microwave. I mean they need a break from cooking when they do it 12 hours per day, so when they are home - they want to do something else... Its just like many other occupations etc being a pshycologist or what ever. You dont want to come home and do analyzes on youre family members.

I would think it would be actually crazy if he still had time and energy to cook anytime hes home, cuz i dont know the exact numbers or details but last time i checked hes got dozens of restaurants world wide, is on multiple cooking shows, and guest stars on on other shows and platforms when he gets the chance, so to me the very little time i believe hes actually home i think it would be crazy for him to cook their too.

Most chefs don't cook at home! It's tiring and they do it all day long! I have a friend whose dad is a fantastic chef but she never often got to try his food growing up, her mum was the home cook.
