I had a 13 game lose streak to a point where I started to laugh after every death. But yes, looking back at it, it was obvious that one of the reasons of the loses was I started tilting really bad after the 3rd/4th loss.

@jaxthejaximus6296 im not sure what rank you are, but champions like zed and yasuo are just really not good. let alone busted. Most of these champions tend to be low on winrate for a reason. with the exception of fizz. Fizz is also really OP currently, but that does not make the champ busted. that makes the meta busted. trust me, these champs can be very anoying, i know. but you can quite easily beat them. Im master's myself so i like to think that i do understand the game fairly well, even though i have much left to learn

Great video. I started playing League again after 12 years because I wanted to practice overcoming tilt. It's been a worthwhile, and fun journey so far. I def get tilted, but not much, and usually when I do, I remind myself why I'm playing, reflect, and do my best to move on. Some thoughts I had while watching your video are: Don't externalize blame. All suffering is created by desire. If you want something from this game, and you don't get it, you will suffer. But if you play to do your best, and accept that you will make mistakes, and have compassion for your team (great point btw), you should be fine.

Ur videos about mindset are a true gift. I'm not a league player anymore, but a challenger TFT Player and a lot of the concepts are true for TFT aswell. Managed to be top30 a lot of times but I am kind of struggling to convert it into good tournament results (except some lucky few) and I KNOW there is so much to learn about me, the game, everything and ur videos help me to get new perspectives on how to improve. I am not a native english speaker, sorry for that. Big thanks again.

I really appreciate your videos! Thank you so much for making it. I feel like I am very good at feeling compassion towards other players and that is something I like to do, so it really hurts me that I might have to do as you, and mute all. I really get way too tilted when someone argues with me or makes attacks on my person when I'm trying to play my best.

What bugs me the most is that EVERY SINGLE GAME is a comp diff (assuming no one is trolling). If one comp is better than the other, even if you hard lose early game and the enemy is playing better than you, your team will most likely win because of the better champions. Basically every game is won in draft, and if your team picks the shittier champs, it's just an insta lose and you just waste time.

this is a great video dude! i was wondering (im assuming the gameplay in the background is you?) if you do coaching? you said you peaked challanger. which is obviously an insane thing to achieve. Im currently D2/D1 (master peak) and im really struggling to get more then 200lp.

I have really heavy internal tilt, it makes me embarrassed and cus of that I get upset and make really bad emotional plays especially mechanically. Being seen as the reason my team is losing sucks and every time i get flamed for it i just say "yeah its my fault sorry im playing bad"
@stefanristic924511 ай бұрын
Here is my view on tilt until you figure it out yourself nobody and nothing can help you overcome it i personally needed a two month break to solve my frustration and tilt problems for context i had anger tantrum every time i would die in a 1 v 1, gank or lose lane the way i used to express it would be by violently slamming my desk i even injured the nerve on my left hand in 2023 i got bored of league and didnt play it for 2 or 3 months after i came back to it i told myseld its fine even if you lose its just one game nothing special and my anger tantrum was gone in fact 3 days ago i played 22 games in a single day without being frustrated at all dont worry i did touch grass the day after

i have bad eng srry ;( im tilted to ad and ap things im mid laner and i can play talon ( and little bit qiyana ) all mate said pick ap pick ap and when i pick ap champs i lose my lane and all mate flame me dude i cant play ap maybe its bad but idk.. what can i do ?
@Sentrial11 ай бұрын
Well you have to decide for yourself Don't let your team mates tell you what to play. If you feel you need to have an AP pick, and that is what you want, then you can do that If you don't want to pick AP and only want to play Talon and Qiyana, that works too (plenty of people have climbed with that strategy before) Just continue to play your best and improve on those champions and ignore your team mates if they flame you for it

As much as this helps me personally on my climb it also makes me realize how far gone my duo is. He will spend entire games doing nothing but blaming other champs, teammates and the adc role at large constantly and anything you say to try to get him to see a reasonable side of it is basically a sure fire way to trigger mental boom protocol lmao
@Sentrial11 ай бұрын
That's tough to hear, but it's true that some people would rather sit in that bubble of toxic narratives then consider another way of approaching the game. You can't help those that don't want to be helped, hopefully he can realize some day

I totally understand that it can be hard to even know what you are doing wrong. My video on reviewing may help point you in the right direction and at least give you a start, but it's always helpful to get perspective from a higher elo player whether that may be a friend or, if you are truly serious, a coach

I just 3 block. If I go 0-3 that's it, look at replays later, is what it is. To avoid bad lose streaks.
@vincentvindevogel236811 ай бұрын
While I assume you mean "don't let them affect you emotionally" when you say not to look at teammates mistakes. I don't agree with the sentiment as a whole though. Focussing on teammates mistakes is how I got to masters last season. If they make a mistake once, it might be a one off. If they make it three four times, it's a habit. And if the opponents find the habit, they can look to exploit it. The thing is, the opponents usually only see the mistake, try to punish but during said punish they might make mistakes themselves (using key abilities, positioning, etc) which you can then punish. An example: You are twitch adc. Your support is a nami who keeps getting hit by pyke hooks. Enemy adc lucian always follows up on the hook by dashing in and oneshotting nami. But after lucian and pyke E are down, I hard win the 1v2 after given they have nothing left. My nami dying, a negative play, leads to me potentially getting a double and solo exp. Another example, your top laner refuses to group and you can see people rotating to him every time. He has died 7 times like this. Well, the solution is to pick off stragglers from said roam or make a crossmap play. Of course, stuff like this is way easier if not everyone on your team is 0/5 by 10 minutes. But as you said, play the odds. But the thing is, lots of people play this game as if you can't make mistakes or the game is over. The beautiful thing about this game, especially in soloq, is that mistakes are incredibly common. People want to have flawless games, but those don't exist. But if your odds of winning go down by 2% if your top laner gets caught and nothing gets done in response. If you can minimize the effect of your teammates mistakes and punish fully enemy mistakes, this game is so much easier. The skill lies in spotting what to do in response I guess.
@Sentrial11 ай бұрын
Yes I agree, that definitely was my point, not that you shouldn't look at your teammates mistakes at all, just that you can't use them as an excuse for losing games. The examples you have brought up really show that you are asking high quality questions to use the mistakes and habits of your team to find advantages for yourself, and that's a very powerful and productive way to play the game. Thanks for helping clarify and bringing up some important points
