Nashville...You never know who's going to show up and sit in at any of the local venues. So many artist live here and want to get out and hear local bands and end up on stage themselves : ) What a town!
@Baribrotzer7 жыл бұрын
The thing you've got to realize: Nashville isn't just a country-music town anymore. All the rest of the Big Time Music Industry has moved to a hip-hop/electronic-disco approach, where it's all samples and sequences. Whereas C&W still uses real musicians - so the studios there still have the big rooms and the good mics and the killer engineers. So all sorts of other great live musicians have moved there too. And as this shows, a ton of jazzers have.

Michael and the band sound awesome, but WTF is Bill Champlin doing with the ridiculous over singing?! I used to like the style of his singing and the tone of his voice, but in the last couple decades, he has felt the need to completely abandon any semblance of restraint and sings inappropriate, poorly executed vocal licks in every friggin measure of the song which destroys the inherent melody of the song and is painful to listen to. Thanks for letting me vent...this has been bugging me for awhile. 😁
@blackie80833 жыл бұрын
@ Neal Armstrong, I didn't care for his singing either, sound's kind of weird, with that growl he tried to do, better let Michael sing the whole song! lol.
