I loved that she rushed back to the station to tell him about the break up. She couldn't wait another second. I see this relationship moving much quicker given how close they are and how long they've known each other. I think they are so different, but excepting of those differences. It can't remember the last time two characters have been written so perfectly for one another. I'm loving this new flirty dynamic.

I'm glad it finally happened. I honestly feel good about how the writers did it. We waited so long for it to happen. Just please don't have one of them leave the show. I will really be mad if this happens. I have watched a lot of shows and shipped a lot of couples but I have to say hands down this is my favorite ship right here. I mean the talk they had where they confessed to each other was really fantastic. Lucy being scared that she would ruin the most important relationship in her life and then wanting to take it back and Tim agreeing but also saying she is worth the risk. I just love how they didn't force this couple and gave them all this time to grow on us. I will say it again their chemistry together is off the charts whether they are just friends or a couple. I prefer the couple because I see so much potential with them 2.

Also, there are still plenty of ways for them to have drama on the show. Usually, when a couple gets together finally and there aren't any real problems, then the storyline gets stale and they break up shortly afterwards. Chenford still has potential for a lot of issues outside of life/death scenarios (he's her superior officer, she could get a deep undercover assignment, she doesn't really want kids but has Tamara while Tim does want them, etc.) so that gives me hope that they will keep them together on the show.

I said somewhere, how Tim used to love/hate having personal conversations in the shop. AND after Caleb he wz all the more esp romantic advice!!!! Yet...he could c the whole time how sad & quiet Lucy was. He DID more talking than Lucy, compared 2 any other shift they've EVER had 2gether. I'm glad in a way, he didn't REALLY know where Lucy stood. AND thx 2 Chris & Sgt Grey telling Lucy that she wz back on gopher duty w/ Tim, that day, he wz the one MOSTLY trying 2 get Lucy 2 talk. It wz painful seeing her that unhappy. BUT. u can always tell that they love each other beyond their own needs & desires. It wz awkward at 1st til & suddenly Chris just so happens 2 walk by house 4 sale & Face Times her. Tim cld c very clearly, when he said 2 Lucy, "U guys r happy, right?!" Lucy's yes, wz so not believable & really wz a "NO" 4 her!!! After he stayed overnite in the hospital when she wz just rescued & starting 2 recover at least physically from being abducted & almost dying, when Lucy suddenly says she's starving, Tim suddenly pulled out EXACTLY what she wz just abt 2 say. Lucy said, "U know me so well." which he replied, "Too well." Lucy can also read Tim & she knew he wz upset when he wz back at work after his back surgery & Ashley & him were broken up. She said 2 him, "I rode w/ u long enough, 2 know when u're being u & when u're upset?! R u ok?!" She knew wz lying when he said, "It's nothing." & apologized 2 him 4 trying 2 get in2 his personal business. BUT suddenly Tim DID tell her that Ashley & him broke up!!!! Now Tim cld blatantly c that Lucy all the more wz clearly not herself & she cldn't fake how she wz feeling, esp that Chris sprung on her that morning abt buying a house. It wz SO glaringly obvious just how sad she wz & the pressure she wz suddenly feeling. & when she said, "We don't even fight" Tim wz bang on when he said, "M/b that's the problem? Do u not fight cuz u don't disagree on anything or is it 2 much of a bother ". And when he tells her, "Lucy, u deserve 2b w/ someone whose worth the effort." And clearly told Tim that she didn't love him?!?!" I think on 1 hand he knew he wz he wz in love w/ her, BUT I think it also helped & clarified 4 him, where Lucy wz w/ Chris. BUT... I think it wz also hard 4 Tim 2c how sad, quiet & UNHAPPY Lucy really wz!!!! & covered 4 her when Chris face timed a call right after the 1st bomb & the woman wz killed, BUT suddenly wz on her abt another house, basically saying they should put an offer in rite away. Tim rescued her by pretending 2b mad saying, "Chen talk ur boyfriend on ur own time." & Lucy then thanked Tim. It's ironic how much Tim wz trying 2 give her advice & probe in2 what wz going?!? I said somewhere, that Tim unwittingly have her the BEST romantic advice, when she wz terrified & thot they should let things stay at as they were b/c it wzn't worth the risk. CLEARLY Tim gave the BEST romantic advice when he said, "UNLESS IT IS!!!!" And proceeded 2 ask her out 4 dinner. The morning of their break up, u could c how sure Lucy wz. Sure she didn't know how 2 break up w/ Chris. But I think she NEEDED Tim to be that bold & UNAMBIGUOUS!!!!! It allowed her 2 stop trying NOT to feel 4 Tim the way she did. & Tim asked her, "R u having 2nd thots." Lucy smiled & clearly WZN'T having any, & said, "No." & Tim said good. It wz sweet how they had a brief few secs of their humor. BUT when Tim asked her out on date. Tim stepped 4ward & looked her straight in the eyes & not smiling but in a good way, he was once again ALL the more, was NOT being UNEQUIVOCAL at all!!!!!

I can I honestly say that the writers (so far) have done this pair correctly! They had them you build there relationship over, and they had him stop her from stopping it which shows something really big that one of them is really fighting for it which makes her want to fight for it as well. However, they specifically mention that although it is important to catch him since he is a serial killer and helped Roselyn capture Bailey, they didn't think he has the skill to kill Roselyn. They left it open-ended on who killed Roselyn. The dude was an engineer, not a sharpshooter. I think the writers did that on purpose (I'm hoping it is because Chris is the one who shot her- that would be such an interesting plot line)
