Tim Brown Wants NCAA To Revisit Sanctions In Wake Of Reggie Bush Heisman Decision

Now that Reggie Bush's Heisman is back where it belongs, Tim Brown thinks it's time for the NCAA to correct some of its wrongs ... saying he wants the org. to look into its past punishments and consider reversing them too.

It was against the law then and thus you can't get reparations for something that was legal at the time of the action. Why do you think those who are decedents from enslaved people did not get reparations for the most part (I am talking about those that were enslaved and their direct son or daughter). Even people who was victims of Jim Crow laws did not get reparations for stuff that was legal at the time and alot of them are still alive today.

If it is against the law when the statute of limitation runs out in Reggie's case he can only appeal his Heisman and won by the way which you already know. Then why is the MEE TOO movement allowed to overturn theirs with their BS propaganda? so they are allowed to but Reggie and company cannot in theirs regarding reparations? What about all those prohibition so-called traffickers being jailed and fined in the 1920-33, Do these mega alcohol corporations have some kind of reparation system or did they monopolised it by lobbying against the so-called anti-alcohol prohibition act? Nothing to see here. I guess that worked out, depending on which side you are on. All I'm saying is if you gonna stand up and stand on your word or so-called law. Then it should remain that way after statutes have run out. You can't override it on feelings or the so-called changing with the times. As I like to call it... Woke Culture which I despise and is dying by the second. So glad about that. My guy, most people in the USA have lost their faith in the American judicial system. I am one of them and the reason why I do not live in your country (I assume you live there). Back to Reggie, at least he got his Heisman back when these so-called NCAA board members have been exploiting youth for decades. I love College Football don't get me wrong, but College is highly overrated. NIL does need better governance and I'm all for it. Players should claim financial incentives on their name, branding and image.

@@BulakDek Taking money and gifts from a booster along with his parents getting a house. There was a court case about some of it because Reggie refused to pay a guy back, thus when the guy filed the court case other things came out.
