Reggie is getting the last laugh now. My boy got his Heisman Back and was welcomed back by the Heisman Trust. Oh and he has a defamation suit against the NCAA. Plus Reggie is officially allowed to be back on campus AND participate in all Heisman activities. The NCAA can suck failure.
