As promised, I have gathered all the clips for 1 on 1 plays for Tim Duncan vs Hakeem Olajuwon (the last year ignored since Hakeem has passed his prime), and compiled this video. The video clips are mainly from my friend, MaalDWeb, credit to him, and really appreciate so much for his uploading. Always a fan of him.

As promise, I have made a clip for every one-on-one plays between Hakeem and Timmy. Actually, Timmy was having a tough time against Hakeem, every one on one plays we could see, Timmy could not score easily against Hakeem. Yet he could do some extra things, like drawing fouls, do outlet pass, protect rebounds against Hakeem. He could also use his arm lengths to bother Hakeem. On the other hand, Hakeem defend Timmy really well, he could make sure Timmy could not score baskets easily and at the same time protect the rim. He matched up really well against Tim. Hope you guys like this video. Thanks a lot.

Thanks for the upload, but it is quite obvious that Maal is a huge Houston / Hakeem homer seeing as in the past he was posting selective videos of Hakeem scoring on a young, raw Duncan from his Wake Forest days and first couple of years in the NBA, and quickly the Hakeem 'cultists' started abusing the young Tim for not matching up with a still Prime Hakeem having a decade of experience and polish to his offensive game unlike Tim who hit his peak in 2002-2003 (while prime was from 99-07). And it is also obvious that David (and this coming from a huge DRob fan and who became a Spurs fan because of the man) is an average defender compared to Duncan in the post seeing as even a decade into the matchup he still gets faked repeatedly by Hakeem, unlike Duncan who quickly learnt to remain stable and grounded in the post and simply used his extraordinary length and timing to bother Hakeem. Also the video demonstrates the fact that Tim Duncan is such an underrated Shot Blocker among the masses (to even imagine that with all his record, but not surprising considering the IQ of the average sports fan...), in that the way he blocks people right at the moment of release with his great timing and length more often than not allowed the Spurs to retain possession, I've only seen such smarts and timing from Bill Russell. Finally I think the most underrated part of Duncan's game is his extraordinary Rebounding ability, using his range of gifts like Great Wingspan, wide shoulders to create space, great overall Strength, timing and above all his Bounce - seriously I've seen even an older Tim on one good knee keep bouncing for 5,6,7,8 times on plays while rebounding or blocking while everyone around him just fall down and don't go back up. I've seen this only with Bill Russell, young Barkley and Rodman, but for Duncan to do it at 6'11 ft (7' with shoes) and 265-270 lb is crazy, no wonder Tim gave Rodman fits everytime they matched up and made him almost feel helpless (unlike Rodman against Shaq which also shows that Shaq had the work ethic and attitude of a lazy buffalo). Long post I know but I had to get it out of my system Maal after years of Duncan being abused by other player fans.

@@vikranthmelanathur6505 if Hakeem played Duncan in his Wake Forest days then Hakeem was in the last part of his prime and Duncan was a kid...so I don't know who would look down on Duncan. By the time Duncan got drafted in the NBA in 98...Hakeem was old and past his Prime. 97 was Hakeem's last good yr. 98 Hakeem had great games every once in awhile but far inconsistent than his normal self...He was a shell of himself by 98. It would have been nice to see Prime Hakeem, Prime Timmy, and Prime Shaq go against each other for many yrs. But, What we got was Prime Hakeem getting the best of Shaq (although Shaq put up great numbers) for about 5 yrs before the Torch was passed and Shaq became the best center in the league by 98...and then Duncan got drafted as the beginning of a great power forward....and the Era of many great power forwards.

No, hakeem is the most skilled offensive big man and best defending big man. That literally makes Hakeem the best 2 way big man and that makes him the best big man ever. Only reason he doesnt get the proper credit is because he played in Houston. Lesser players that played in the media favorite cities get more love than Hakeem and its ridiculous. Also that why James Harden was so hated and only won 1 mvp. And now the media always say 'Houston Harden' because they know Harden was actually insanely great. Bs

That's what I said. I don't know why people be saying Hakeem was levels above Tim Duncan. Does that mean measuring them both in their prime? I saw Tim in his prime. Silent assassin. However I only watched the 91-92 Version of Hakeem. Mostly during those Championship years. He was crazy good. Spin moves, fakes, everything. Hakeem was more athletic but Duncan could do the same thing Hakeem did. Rebound, block, score, pass. etc

As I know, NBA usually allows you to use their video material, but WITHOUT monetization (Unless you are really big channels like Maxamillion711 or Vintage Dawkins) However, if you want to make profit, I suggest you to use Patreons (as I know, you can persuade your supporters to donate you money).
