Supposedly it is a baked pork chop fried rice base to be Hong Kong style not Katsura pork chop Radish should had been added on just before plating or soaked in a light broth instead

@kawikaseet5816 Yes, if it was baked, it would have been much better. Radish should have added just before serving. Like the one at Tsui Wan which is so much better, the taste really matches between the radish and the beef brisket - kzbin.info/www/bejne/iX65n6uupbeFpbM. 😀
