Tim was nominated for best protest song that year! Pell was being protected by the Vatican, but he did come back, stood trial, and somehow got off. Thanks so much for doing this one!

He was initially convicted but got off on appeal. I felt terrible for the victims. The catholic church and the history of crimes against children casts a long shadow over Ballarat.

He got off due to his religious bullshit, that is the sad fact.

You will be pleased to know that the Pope and 33 cardinals were arrested by Trump's military and ended up in Gitmo and were eventually executed. Trumps military took over 300 cargo planes worth of treasures from below the satanic vatican that stretched all the way to Jerusalem in the south and the Swiss Alps in the north. Trillions in gold was confiscated and sent to Fort Knox in the US for safe keeping and will be distributed to the countries they were stolen from when this play is over. Trump is the Commander in Chief of the US Military and 34 other countries at the moment. Waiting for the masses to wake up before the play will end.

This song was in response to Cardinal Pell refusing to come back to Australia to give evidence in regard to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Abuse. Specifically it relates to what Pell knew about accusations of clerical child sexual abuse by various clergy in Ballarat and Melbourne and what he should’ve done about . That’s why Ballarat is mentioned in the song.

I applaud you for getting out of such an evil and harmful cult, im sorry but I can't bring myself to call it A religion. I can't call any of the abrahamic faiths religions. I find the Christian/Islamic/Jewish God so abjectly evil and sadistic and I feel for anyone who falls pray to such evil whether they be followers or children abused horribly.

Please don't lose your connection to God. You have a right to a direct connection to your father, and it doesn't have to be through 1 religion. It can be through many, and it certainly doesn't have to be through a corrupt, and morally corrupt, institution or organisation like a church.

Cardinal Pell was the most senior Catholic clergyman to be convicted of child sex abuse in Australia. The courts unanimously overturned his convictions in 2020 but the way that the Church/Vatican/Pope handled the entire mess caused a huge upset in the world/church. The evidence was questionable; however, it's also hard to believe that the men would have falsely accused him knowing how it would impact the way people looked at them (false accusations are much more rare than the media seems to portray).
@UKreactions3 ай бұрын
It’s so true that’s false accusations are not as common as we’re led to believe. It’s sickening that he wasn’t truly held accountable

The appeal was 2 to 1 in Pell's favour. Wrong IMHO.
