The ibiz card includes a mini CD-ROM in back not a record. You’d need a tray loading CD-ROM drive attached to a computer to access it’s contents. Back when CD-ROMs where still common, they sold recorded mini CD-ROM discs (CD-R) that where riound on two sides and flat on the other two sides so that you could use them as digital business cards. They came with a special clear plastic sleeves that you could slide standard paper business card on and a Mini-CD business card underneath. Nowadays, you could do the same thing using a QR code (sort of like a type of bar code) that one could scan via a smartphone and be taken to a website that provides all the same info you might have included on a Mini CD-ROM business card.
