Hi Gary! Nice chatting with you earlier on that call! Thank you for the great ideas. I am going to subscribe to your podcast as well, but until then, I just started watching! You have some really great interviews on your channel! I plan on listening to your podcast during my very long drive tomorrow. Have a great weekend!

I thought there were more interesting content , anyway thank you Gary. I'd like to listen to an interview with an "histamine expert" to manage excessive histamine production while on low carb /keto/carnivore and maybe its relationship with gut microbiome.

Histamine is a good topic I haven't explored yet with a guest. If you have come across any particular person you think would be good to talk to let me know so I can do my research.

Honestly I just listened to MTHFR expert interviews on other channels in the low carb community. Personally I am controlling the problem on myself but I have not been able to solve it completely even by integrating the folate. Thanks Gary for your work and professionalism.

18:34 we all need more fiber en vegetables? No we dont first talks about everyone different then generalises all need more fiber en veggies . Guess this bloke needs to talk to Paul Saladino

Everyone is trying to get us to eat veggies - one way or the other. I'm getting tired of listening to the same conventional BS over and over again ...

"The standard muffin" ??? He has some interesting insights but would benefit greatly by listening to some that are way ahead of him in nutrition. How can it be that the Masai and Inuits are among the healthiest people while eating a nearly plant free diet?

Where the twins in the exact same environment? Water sources, air quality, chemicals in home, cleaning products, health products, chemicals in clothing, etc. Some of us know that the chemicals in our environment and how our food has been modified is very detrimental to our health. Eat sugar and not fat killed millions of people and keep millions sick to this day. Knowledge is power to protect yourself and your family. Thank you for the information, it does matter.

How low was the carbs often it’s called low at 200g. It’s like most science is only done with in the prism of carbs as our food source. All he said convinced me more in the carnivore diet Ben Bickman nailed it make protein the priority and think about the insulin response with the rest. Most other people have mentioned fibre I have had none for 6 months and haemorrhoids disappeared.

56:00 He thinks our ancestors had more regular access to plant foods than meat? Really? He really lost me there. Plant foods are seasonal, animal foods are not. Meat would have been the most abundant food, especially in the northern hemisphere. We would have gone much longer without plants than meat. C'mon Tim, be a bit more inquisitive and investigate the guts of long term carnivores.

"We all need more fibre"???? Totally unnecessary! Check out @DrPaulMason @zoeharcombe for the gin on fibre.

I love keto but I think you should stop this argument against fibre cause it is obvious that it is a must for gut microbiome to feed on. You don't have to be in ketosis all the time and I don't think that is benefical to you in the long term...
@naomiklahn90654 жыл бұрын
@@batuhanyentur1971 - not my argument. Better people than I have come to the conclusion that fibre is unnecessary. Please watch Dr Paul Mason and Zoe Harcombe on the matter

"Healthy Plants" - what are they?!?! Everything I hear about plants just says they're full of their own pesticides, phytic acid, oxalates, etc. etc. etc. all designed to mess you up when you eat them.... what is a healthy plant then? I was vegan for just under a year and all those plants seriously messed me up. Now I'm carnivore I feel great, inflammation is going down, loads of other benefits I feel, such as no more wrist pain when carrying my bike up and down stairs and everyone says my skin is glowing now. I've not eaten plants for 5 months now. Why do I need plants then?

Ps: A carnivorous diet can be extremely varied. It must be varied, so his point does not make much sense

As soon as I heard he was an epidemiology professor I moved onto another video... 15 seconds in. They do not even do real science. 😂🤣

Ι guess you have lots of knowledge about epidemiology and are able to distinguish 'real' science....
