Tebow needs to get into coaching, his intangibles, leadership and motivation alone would be a huge differentiation from other teams

Maybe the gators should hire him as a QB coach first

whats needed it's simple a head coach and coaching staff that knows football, a quarterback, recievers that can catch the ball, a running game an offensive line and a defensive line...oh and a secondary; that's all.
@brettmiller6463Ай бұрын
Agree that we need more physicality on both lines. Effort/energy might be part of it but it looks a lot more like mistakes and bad reads. Where is the player development?

What's missing? A remotely competent head coach who doesn't tolerate losing.

UF needs a coach who can motivate the room and actually think on his feet. Thinking it would motivate the room to get Gruden in. Today. Use the rest of the season as his audition. I don’t blame Billy. He is what he is/ simple, slow, weak. I blame the room that decided he was the guy. I’m a nice guy as well. However, no way I could fix your car/

With all due respect, Tim Tebow has no idea as to what is wrong with Florida. During his 2 appearances on SEC Nation in Gainesville this year he has done nothing but blow smoke up Billy Napier's ass. Tim does not need to follow Florida football because he cannot do it objectively
@lanceludwig5349Ай бұрын
That’s a wild statement

@@lanceludwig5349 please explain.

@@MusicMan-pg8hs I respect your opinion but I feel though Tim is too humble to just call out Billy like that especially not being there. Maybe Billy does yell behind the scenes. Not very many people would be able to tell. But to say he doesn’t need to follow his Alma mater just seems a little silly. I feel Tim has been pretty objective being that he’s not there. He has a passion for the team that he became a legend for, and so many people got into college football because of him and he’s one of the best college players to have played the game. I just feel he has been pretty objective without being to brash about the situation. But idk that’s just my opinion
@MusicMan-pg8hsАй бұрын
@@lanceludwig5349 Tim was a great player but damnit man he can barely spell his name. He has absolutely no coaching experience. And as far as him being too humble to call out Napier, that is a problem in itself. We need someone that is not a pussy and will tell it like it is aka Saban, Smart, Spurrier those types. Tebow would tell stories about a fake mythical flood and Moses. We need a ball coach not a preacher
@lanceludwig5349Ай бұрын
@@MusicMan-pg8hs yeah chill guy. Now you’re attacking his character for no reason. We’re not talking about him being the coach. He’s allowed to have opinions on the team he played for
