Well... he's right and maybe he's not so right. What he fails to do is describe exactly what good people white and black and any color really came up with as to how things SHOULD work in order for the belief in the equality of man (and woman) to materialize from pipe dream to reality. There was a small group of people who said not only that everyone was created equal... but that we all must have the opportunity to determine our own path through life. Since most religions have some version of a "judgment day" when we will each be judged according to our actions/deeds, we each must retain the ability to choose our own actions/deeds. The whole theory of the "divine right to rule" went out the window.... and the monarchs were not born with some special characteristic or attribute that everyone else was not. So if anyone is a king/queen... then EVERYONE is a king/queen... - EQUALITY. Yet the monarchs were NOT going to negotiate with every single man and woman living in a given area to promote trade and commerce... to wage war or keep the peace... America was originally designed upon equality... and self determination. If you wanted to be a king/queen, you had to accept the responsibilities of a king/queen. The idea was there, but it got so warped by everyone's own personal preference to hold dominion over others... to wield power or whatever, that it rarely materialized from the pipe dream it was into reality. That's why the British call our country "a little experiment". If SOMEONE could explain or demonstrate how equality and self determination is SUPPOSED to work in a Republic, at least we'd have the Idea of America defined enough that we could aim for it.... but we don't even have THAT at this point.

This guy says some facts but, stirs in some Marxist notions as well. Division on racial line isn't new, Division on class lines isn't either. Serfdom, peasantry, slavery, indentured servitude or just plain employment are all similar only differing by the level of control imposed over the people. Slave masters or corporate masters. Revolts, revolutions and strikes are about breaking points in perception of livable servitude. Unless you live in the wilderness and hunt & forage for your food, build your own shelter & defend your territory from outsiders then you live in society of some sort. If you're employed somewhere then you live in a form of servitude, unless you own your own business and switch positions to be an employer .(still probably in servitude to the banking system or investors though) I'm a white guy but, have never perceived a white community as they're still divided by ethnic lines (English, Irish, Italian, French, German ect) it always seems like a matrix thing if you drive down the rabbit hole and boil things down to the rue & see things for what they are. I haven't seen this guy enough to form an overall opinion but, on first view he comes off as a race hustler telling people what they want to hear in a way that makes sense to most. Keep putting these videos out there Tone.
