Though Nicole's voice is not as solid as Lea's voice back when she's about her age, Nicole has a good ear and she has improved A LOT. Her voice became better, she became more confident and it's obvious that she likes singing. She's happy and I hope that she won't get pressured. I hope she's not thinking about the need of being successful at a young age like her mom. You are appreciated, Nicole! Just keep on doing what you love!

Besides being impressed with the performance, I just love that she chose this song to sing! I don't think ONCE UPON A MATTRESS is a very well-known show, nor is the song "Shy" very well-known to casual musical lovers.
