I have the same problem as well. So I have donated a lot of things I'm no longer using, and I only buy clothing that are made with non-syntheitc fibres and if I really, really love it. Doing that has really helped and I'm saving more money now since I've implemented that change.

I use Headspace right now as a meditation app and I TOTALLY get the competitive feeling you get with the streaks. I turned it into my advantage point, because that's how I almost 'forced' myself into meditating every day. I knew it would benefit my mental health and improve my mood in a better way if I'd meditate every single day. Started in August, I'm hitting my 180-day-streak in a few days and I'm feeling so good.

Hey jen! Some advices for learning Korean: surround yourself with the language in your day to day life. That is how you will learn a language faster. As a kid i was really americanized and didnt know Korean and i had a sucky pronunciation and knew no words. I noticed how i felt left out in the korean community (there were quite a lot of koreans in my state) and so i tried to be "in" by catching up on kdramas/kshows and listening to korean music. My parents told me that it helped me learn so fast, they noticed how much better i could speak and understand. I read korean webtoons/novels too to help me read faster! It didn't feel like i was learning because I was enjoying every moment of it!

I also got really motivated to improve in Chinese so I can connect with my parents better. My grandma is a native speaker of Fuzhou-nese and she has Parkinson's now and has forgotten Mandarin. Only my mom's eldest sister could understand her; my mom and all the other siblings only know Mandarin and English. :( And growing up, my dad's English has always been REALLY good. Like, really good. But even he's kinda slowing down and forgets English words sometimes. I'm really glad I'm learning Chinese so I'll be able to communicate with them when they're even older. Good luck in your learning quest! I love that you never stop getting better.
