I've ridden some narly tracks last month on the Mitas E07+. Excellent tires for that purpose. Put about 3000 km on them. But I'm riding paved roads for at least the next 10 months, so I'm putting street tires on my Vstrom. I'll keep the E07's for my adventurous rides next summer.

I have no complaints for sure, but I like to try new things so what the heck might as well try the Missions.
