Also, sometimes it is very hard to be peaceful when knowing how much bad things affect all living beings all over the world, but it is important to be reminded of that. Peace is so healing and in order for you to help others you have to be calm and well rested. My mom has been struggling with mental illness all of my life, and I’ve seen first hand what stress and nervousness does to your body and your mind. It’s scary how can a person change due to stress, it can affect you in the most awful ways! Thank you, dear Jeannie, for your kind words. Jeannie My request is kind of out there, But could you please consider doing a ASMR on planes ? mainly the 787 dream liner first class. That would put us asleep for sure and tell us that we are cared for by flight attendants with blankets pillows.. Can you maybe get some tec words from your husband to work in the video .
