What is being refused to be acknowledged, it wasn't an arrest. Without a warrant, what was conducted by the FPU is plainly an abduction or kidnapping. This matter affects every Australian's rights and safety which has been ignored. As we saw in a previous video, if police are in charge of investigating police, we will get nowhere! What reassurance do we have that people in the protection and law enforcing profession aren't serving selfish interests? I'm not aiming this at the entirety of the Australian police force. However, not all orders are meant to be followed. Morality and ethics need to remain intact when pursuing prosecution, not basing subjective perspective on intent, as what led to the incident. I refuse to acknowledge what happened to Kristo as an arrest because it never was. It was a maneuver to silence criticism to silence questions to silence the freedom of not just speech but free thought itself. That's what our current government, law enforcement, and courts are currently standing for, the restriction of thought.

That was a deeply corrupt use of a corrupt police force by a corrupt government. Barilaro himself should be prosecuted and the police involved in the arrest should be investigated to confirm whether the arrest, and the manner of the arrest, was lawful. If the law was broken by the police officers involved they too and those commanding them should be prosecuted. Careers should end and in Barilaro's case, if he should be found guilty of using the police unlawfully only a custodial sentence would be appropriate. Fantastic, good on the independent Mr Field, and Estimates members. FPU stinks!

I wonder if all these corrupt cops still feel that all their corrupt bosses still have their backs? or do they feel sold out by the people in power just like friendly jordies felt sold out by the police force when it all went down?

Could the release of these documents (if they're as damming as we all suspect) be used by Google in the deformation case? *serious question*
@CameronLittlesustainablecam2 жыл бұрын
Google seems to have rolled over on this for some bizarre reason. They've got essentially unlimited dough so I thought they'd put up a much better fight than this. I was hoping that they'd be able to expose Bruz and thus win the case.

Corrupt politicians and corrupt police need to be held to account. Two different justice systems for two sets of citizens; them and us

Prepare for some electronic files to be corrupted and unrecoverable, and some paper to accidentally fall in the shredder

I'm sure nothing much will change in the greater scheme of things but very happy to see some corrupt puppets come to justice.

What kills me about this is that every reaction by Bruz, including the arrest, just played right into friendlyjordies' hands. Like, dude, you want to be drawing less attention to your corrupt ass, not more! Clearly, corruption does not require intelligence.
