You could be wearing a light jacket or shirt that’s really messy at the beginning and by the end of the video, it’s spotless, maybe paint, dirt, or leaves, mess it up but we see that all in reverse.

The thing with how they did inversion in the film is they actually filmed the backwards part with minimal effects for items to fly back towards their hand. They didn't just film the actors running in reverse and stuff.

He was sitting on the bench but we saw his future. However to his future self ,reversed, these things have happened so that version of himself sees all these things as they were in the past. In Tenet the 'present self' is able to go into the future while seeing things go reversed which leads to the conclusion the present self already knows what is going to happen,and that is that what has happened, happened, he can't change anything. The protagonist already can not kill himself because that would exclude the fact he is living in the future - grandfather paradox. He is just not aware of it yet. Just at the end of the movie. His 'future self' , Tenet, that was the creation of future. I had to write this out of myself gosh I need a drink.

That was my favorite part. HIs running was so natural that I forgot to pay attention to everybody else walking backwards.... that was until he high fived another dude who was walking in his same direction. I had to rewind it just to make sure that the footage was still reversed.
