One of the most practical and well explained videos. The three takeaways: 01. Manage time by doing tasks across all spectrums of urgency and priority. 02. Look at time as energy. Regain/Refill or dispense your energy wisely. Energy comes in 4 forms. Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy. 03. Time is money. Treat all 86,400 seconds of your day as units of money. Check how are you spending your balance of 86,400 Rs/dollars/pounds/euros, every single day. This will helpl you gauge your priorities, habits and help you get balanced.

You explained it beautifully, 7 habits of highly influential people also has this beautiful column which says we should be allocating most of our time in second quadrant that is what is important for us but not urgent. It eventually takes care of all the other columns increasing our circle of influence in our lives.

Would like to see a video on how to tackle important tasks. Vast majority of the people wouldn't disagree the prioritizing isn't an issue but acting on it becomes a bigger challenge. Imagine, in my case the GMAT. It's tough (anxiety of not being good enough), competitive (pressure to perform), and also requires dedication (stability of mindset how bad you want it). Your advices on these points are something I'm curious to know!

We only know the value of time after it passes. Once we realise that we feel guilty thinking about it, without realising we are still wasting time feeling guilty. The time I spent watching this video was well spent. Thank you. Please make videos on right way to read and use self help books. We read self help books they make us feel good but at the time of implementation a slight set back will shatter the spirit of many. Then, we pick another self help book and this cycle goes on and on.
